Meet: Simon
As one of our advisors and main contact through our Investor VGW GmbH & Co KG, Simon showed genuine interest in our vision right from the start when we met him at a TU Wien i²c networking event. From the beginning he was convinced that Jules & Phil make an amazing founder team and are going to reach their goal, their mission, „to democratize the world of app development“.
Not only has he co-founded his own StartUp with SpeedPox GmbH, he is also a Member of the supervisory board at EREMA Group, the leading manufacturer for recycling machinery. He is also a member of the board at WorldVision Austria.
VGW GmbH & Co KG is a family office of an Upper Austrian industrialist family. Its mainly focused in real estate. In addition they invest in selected early-stage StartUps, never holding more than five investments at a time, but also participating in follow-on rounds as an anchor investor.
